The Ogra has conveyed an overview into the oil branch for changes in gas costs for 15 times from January 01. But a last decision in this respect will be drawn up from the oil division after consultation with Prime Minister Imran Khan.
On December 15, Pakistan’s petroleum regulatory body declared a rise of Rs3 a litre on gasoline, which currently sell at Rs103.69 each litre, in its bimonthly oil product pricing practice.
Costs of Hi-speed diesel, following Rs3 a litre increase, currently marketed at 108.44 each litre while additional items like Kerosene oil saw Rs5 each litre leap in retail.
The cheapest surge was noticed in Low-speed petrol with Rs2 a litre because it’s marketed for Rs67.86 each litre acorss Pakistan.
It could be noted that these new costs are appropriate from Dec 16 onwards and will stay the exact same to the remainder of the year.
